We are so lucky to have such kind and talented parents who come into class to help us with our learning. Feyza’s mum Louise volunteered to come into 3rd class to teach us how to make little candy mice from felt material. A big thank you also to all the other parents and adults who gave up their time to join us in class for this fun activity! Don’t worry if you didn’t make it in to work with us this time, there will be more opportunities to work together throughout the year!
3d shapes in Maths
We have been learning all about 3D shapes in 3rd class this month. We used play dough and spaghetti to make a variety of shapes. Sometimes our shapes didn’t stay upright and we had to use some problem solving skills to try and figure out how to make it work! Look at the wonderful creations we made during maths class! Fantastic work 3rd class!
